Shipping Information
Our Shipping Methods vary due to the fact that in order to insure the freshest
quality, some of our products are sent directly to you from our suppliers,
i.e. bakers, candymakers, etc. from various locations in the U.S. Shipping
Charges are based upon the amount of your order. We are doing our best to keep
shipping prices reasonable, but due to increased fuel prices, we are contantly
facing increases from our suppliers.

"Regular" shipping for candy is ground UPS, for Chocolate Strawberries,
overnight UPS, for Chocolate Chip Cookie Bags and Baskets, 2nd Day Fed Ex, and
for Bath & Body, Candles, Body Frosting and other Chocolate Gifts, Priority
Mail. Please note that shipping charges also reflect the cost of packaging -
supplies and handling.

We are not responsible for additional charges incurred due to incorrect
shipping address given by customer. We are not responsible for any expenses
associated with deliveries refused by recipient. We cannot guarantee
deliveries to hospital patients or hotel guests. There are too many factors
out of our control once the package is delivered to the facility. We ship only
with the understanding that you and/or the addressee are responsible for
delivery of the package to the recipient after it arrives at the facility.

We are not be responsible for delays in shipping caused by any
shipper, in particular UPS, USPS or Fed EX, for any reason.

During May through September, ALL CANDY must be shipped overnight due to
the summer heat to states other than NJ, DE, eastern PA,
eastern NY, MD, VT, & CT which are local delivery. An additional charge is added to "regular" shipping charges for this service. . We cannot guarantee against melting when the
temperature is 70 degrees or over. Unfortunately, due to economics, overnight shipping
cost have recently risen extremely fast and are extremely high.

For in stock items or fresh-baked cookies, please allow up to 2 business
days turnaround time. During holiday seasons, turnaround time for orders sent
out by both our home office and our suppliers may be longer. The carriers used
to ship your products may also take additional time. Please order early for
best results. Overnight and Two-Day Shipping options may or maynot be offered
during Holiday periods to expedite shipping.
