to share several excellent chocolate products with others. We sincerely hope

number of delightful, relaxing, nurturing and fun chocolate moments, both for

ORDERING: For a faster response to questions, please contact us
by e-mail, rather than by phone. Be assured that your shopping experience is
very safe with our Secure Server. We generally do not accept orders by phone.
However, if you are more comfortable placing your order by phone, please call
or e-mail us with your phone number, and a representative will be happy to
contact you for your order. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN
EXPRESS. We are unable to accept orders by internet outside the 48 contiguous
United States at this time. However, if you are from Hawaii or Alaska, we may
be able to accomodate your order for items other than cookies or candy. Please

SHIPPING: We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as
possible, and we absorb some of the costs ourselves. We use several suppliers.
For this reason, if you order more than one product, your items may come
separately. Cookies are baked to order and generally shipped via FedEx second
day air within 48 hours following your order placement. Orders placed at the
end of the week are not sent out until Monday. Your cookies should arrive
within 3 to 6 days of your order placement. More time should be allowed for
large orders or at holiday time. Candy orders are shipped within 36 hours of
being received by DHL or UPS ground and should arrive within 8 days depending
on where you live. Candy is shipped from October through April at the prices
indicated. During the summer months special shipping is required for certain
states who are not normally next day UPS/DHL delivery from New Jersey. Please
call or e-mail us for shipping charges if you wish to place a candy order May
through September, or if you are sending candy to a state where the
temperature is over 70 degrees at the time you place the order, whether it is
summer or not. Bath and body products, gift baskets and candles are generally
shipped via Priority Mail. In stock items are generally shipped within 2 to 4
days of the receipt of the order, and are delivered 2 or 3 days later.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND APPRECIATION: Our S & S Internet Stores
Team is ready and eager to assist you. Our goal is to have 100% customer
satisfaction. Although in business we can't please 100% of our customers 100%
of the time, we will work diligently to resolve any matters concerning an
unsatisfied customer. We do not accept returns due to the perishable and
personal nature of most of our products. We are appreciative of every customer
